Bob practices primarily in the areas of corporate, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients on general business issues, corporate transactions with respect to formations, acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, re-organizations, mergers and divestitures as well as secured transactions and commercial loans. Bob represents private and public companies and nonprofit entities in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, technology, real estate, healthcare and natural resources. With more than 48 years of legal experience, Bob has been principal counsel to hundreds of profit and nonprofit business entities during each stage of their business, protecting their assets and guiding them to successful and profitable exit strategies.
Bob is a nationally recognized mergers and acquisitions attorney. He is adept at identifying business risks and crafting business solutions. He understands the complexities and challenges inherent in the negotiation and documentation process. Bob treats his clients as members of his extended family as demonstrated by his responsiveness, accessibility and a concern for the client’s best interest; always with a sense of calm and a dash of humor.
