Kutak Rock real estate partner Heidi Fabritz Wolford has been elected to serve as president of the Coconino County Bar Association in Flagstaff, Arizona. After previously serving on the board of directors in the positions of secretary, treasurer and vice president, she will hold the position of president for the 2020-2021 term.

Ms. Wolford’s connection to her hometown of Flagstaff runs deep as a third-generation Flagstaff native. She serves in this role with the goal of enriching the local legal profession by organizing engaging and relevant content for continuing legal education programs to local lawyers; keeping the legal community informed with updates from local courts and judges due to the ongoing pandemic; and building upon the great work the county bar association does in contributing to community programs.

Ms. Wolford practices out of the firm’s Scottsdale office but is located in Flagstaff. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including matters relating to development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Ms. Wolford also represents multibillion-dollar REITs in all phases of the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of power centers, neighborhood shopping centers and other office and retail projects.
