In this capacity, they regularly advise companies providing financial services to members of the state-legal cannabis industry, represent clients investing into operators in the state-legal cannabis industry, represent companies providing ancillary products and services to members of the state-legal cannabis industry, and advise businesses on a variety of regulatory and compliance policies, procedures and best practices related to operating in the state-legal cannabis industry.
