Kutak Rock represented Sage V Foods in the recent sale of its interests in two rice milling operations in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Producers Rice Mill, Inc.

Sage V Foods is a food manufacturer and producer of rice-based ingredients for large food companies and provides retail offerings of its own branded frozen rice products. Founded in 1943 and located in the leading rice producing state in the country, Producers Rice Mill, Inc. is a rice cooperative with over 2,500 farmer members, four rice mills and 12 storage and receiving locations.

Kutak Rock partners David Smith and David McDaniel, from the Little Rock office, advised Sage V Foods on the transaction.
