Kutak Rock served as Disclosure Counsel to The Regents of the University of Colorado in connection with the issuance of $249,885,000 of University Enterprise Refunding Revenue Bonds Taxable Series 2019A and Taxable Series 2019A-2. Overall savings from these two series of taxable advance refunding bonds generated savings of $21.9 million on a present value basis. Chuck Cook, Associate Treasurer of the University of Colorado, stated that “these two transactions produced real savings that translate into lower costs for CU students for many years to come.”
