David Bracht and Michael Degan, attorneys in Kutak Rock’s Omaha office, will take part in Nebraska Wind & Solar’s 19th annual Conference and Exhibition in Lincoln on October 29-30. Mr. Degan, a litigation partner who advises and represents many alternative and renewable energy developers, will moderate a panel called “How Corporate Buyers are Changing the Marketplace.” Mr. Bracht, who previously was the Nebraska Director of Energy and is on the Planning Committee for the conference, will moderate a panel focusing on Federal Energy Regulation Committee regulations.

The two-day conference brings together a wide range of stakeholders from Nebraska and across the country to share the latest information and innovations in wind and solar. Attendees include landowners, public power districts, private sector developers, public officials, environmental and wildlife stakeholders, and others interested in wind and solar development.
