Kutak Rock partner Fred Marienthal and associate John H.T. Bales, both from the firm’s Denver office, will present a webinar about Private Activity Bond Financing on Tuesday, July 16th.

The webinar, sponsored by the Division of Housing, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), and Kutak Rock is designed for all local officials, developers, and others who want to learn how to use Private Activity Bonds (PAB). Attendees will learn about qualified uses and how to utilize this tool to support affordable housing and community development.
