Kutak Rock recently represented Rae of Sunshine Health Services, LLC, a Colorado-based medical marijuana practice group, in its sale to CB2 Insights, Inc.

Founded by Ray Gottesfeld, Rae of Sunshine Health Services, LLC has four facilities in Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Broomfield that provide medical cannabis evaluations and educational support to around 15,000 patients each year. CB2 Insights, Inc., a Toronto-based analytics firm with the largest cannabis patient registry across 12 states, gathers clinically-validated data through its business units of approximately 65,000 patients annually. CB2’s goal is to bring medical cannabis into the traditional health care system.
