Kutak Rock is one of three firms selected by The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (the "Tollway") to serve as bond counsel for a term of five years beginning January 1, 2019.

The Tollway system presently consists of approximately 296 miles of limited-access highway in twelve counties in the northern part of Illinois. It is an integral part of the expressway system in northern Illinois and the U.S. Interstate Highway System. In August 2011, the Tollway approved a fifteen-year, $12 billion capital improvement plan known as the “Move Illinois” Program. Kutak Rock’s selection will further the implementation of the Program.
