Kutak Rock LLP served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of $123,405,000 of the California Community College Financing Authority’s College Housing Revenue Bonds (NCCD - Orange Coast Properties LLC - Orange Coast College Project) Series 2018. The Series 2018 Bonds were issued on September 27, 2018 for the purpose of providing funds to finance the costs to design, acquire, construct, furnish, and equip a housing facility containing approximately 814 beds within 323 studio, one, two and four bedroom apartment-style units (including the buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment therefor and associated site development and various related amenities and improvements) located on the campus of Orange Coast College, a California Community College operated by the Coast Community College District, located in the City of Costa Mesa, California. The student housing facility is intended primarily for use by students of the College.
