Mr. King will take part in the ethics presentation on Thursday, June 28 at The Chancellor Hotel. The program is titled “Cutting Through the Haze: Legal Ethics and Medical Marijuana” and will address the Arkansas Rule of Professional Conduct 1.2(d) as it relates to cannabis engagements, state-by-state applications of Rule 1.2(d), rule modifications in various states regarding marijuana over the last two years, and what’s next for medical marijuana and the Rules of Professional Conduct in Arkansas. CLE credit will be offered.

Mr. King is a commercial litigation partner whose primary practice areas are class action litigation, appeals, and representation of lenders in all aspects of workouts, litigation, and bankruptcy.
