Several Kutak Rock attorneys attended the IIUSA EB-5 Market Exchange October 21-23 in Dallas, Texas. IIUSA (Invest In the USA) is the national membership-based 501(c)(6) not-for-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program. IIUSA advocates for policies that will maximize economic benefit to the U.S. from the Program and calls for permanent authorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program by Congress after 23+ years of bipartisan support.

Mariza McKee, Emily McProud, Pat Ray, Gil Rosenthal and Ruth Isaac attended, and the firm sponsored a booth at the event. McKee is co-chair of IIUSA's Compliance Committee.

The three-day conference featured EB-5 professionals from around the globe networking and discussing infrastructure and development opportunities in the U.S., and learning about trending topics from leading experts on immigration and investment.
