Kutak Rock LLP represented STORE Capital Corporation in its initial public offering and the listing of its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: STOR). Kutak Rock’s team was led by Paul Belitz and Brian Caid, partners in the firm’s Denver office.
The offering issued 31,625,000 shares of common stock that were sold at $18.50 per share. The offering closed on Nov. 21, 2014. STORE Capital Corporation is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust based in Scottsdale, Ariz. STORE Capital Corporation owns nearly 950 single-tenant commercial properties in the service, retail and industrial sectors.
