Teresa has obtained numerous verdicts, summary judgments, dismissals and favorable settlements for her clients in a very broad range of litigation.

Teresa has a deep and diverse background in litigation. She has tried over 75 jury trials as lead counsel in both state and federal courts in cases involving a broad range of subject areas including contracts, torts, insurance, consumer protection, commercial transactions, professional liability, property, and employment. She also has handled numerous non-jury trials, mediations, appeals and family law matters. She has authored many insurance coverage opinions and litigated coverage issues. She frequently conducts accident and pre-suit investigations for her clients, often allowing them to avoid litigation altogether. When litigation does ensue, Teresa eagerly welcomes the opportunity to employ her litigation skills and experience.

  • Represented lender against guarantor in obtaining reversal of summary judgment that had been granted to guarantor.  (Ark. Capital Corp. v. Salamone, 2022 Ark. App. 447, 655 S.W.3d 701.)
  • Obtained dismissal of pedestrian wrongful death case 
  • Obtained dismissal of lawsuit on life insurance policy
  • Obtained dismissal of wrongful death case against road sign contractor
  • Obtained dismissal of wrongful death case alleging inadequate security
  • Obtained dismissal of medical malpractice claim against jail physician
  • Defended lawsuit alleging traumatic brain injury from bicycle accident
