Brian’s practice focuses on commercial, real estate, employment and consumer finance litigation. Brian supports his clients on their transactional real estate matters, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and corporate issues. He works with attorneys throughout the firm, providing his clients with excellent geographical coverage, wherever issues may arise. 

Real Estate, Business and Consumer Finance Litigation
Brian’s real estate and finance clients include regional banks and lenders; real estate property investors and developers; and property management companies. Brian has handled a wide variety of litigation including commercial and business disputes, FDCPA, TCPA and FCRA claims, ADA and habitability lawsuits against property owners, bankruptcy disputes, and many others.

Transactional Real Estate and Real Estate Finance
Brian’s team represents clients on many transactional matters related to real estate and real estate finance. This practice includes commercial leasing, acquisition/disposition of commercial property and representation of banks and lenders on loan documentation. 

Employment Law
Brian has represented clients in employment matters from early-stage planning and compliance, through litigation. His litigation experience ranges from single-plaintiff wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims to multi-plaintiff Private Attorney General Actions (PAGA) and class actions.
