Mike’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, borrowers and lessees in many types of financing transactions covering a broad range of industries and asset types. His many years’ experience as a business line general counsel for one of the largest US-based finance companies gives Mike a deeper understanding of his clients’ goals and challenges and allows him to more effectively counsel his clients.

Mike represents lenders, lessors, investment banks, borrowers and lessees in the following types of transactions, involving many different industries and asset types, including healthcare, transportation, construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, energy and IT/telecommunications.
