• Draft/revise residential and commercial leases; negotiate renewable energy leases; draft deeds, builder sale contracts, and party wall agreements; analyze easements.
• Routinely advise clients on corporate governance, including assisting with entity formation and drafting operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, stock ledgers, stock certificates, etc.
• Work on M&A deals, including performing due diligence and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, assignments, loan documents, etc.
