Chris has practiced with Kutak Rock for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in healthcare law, with particular emphasis on healthcare regulatory issues and hospital/physician transactions and arrangements. He assists clients with respect to a wide variety of matters, including the following:

  • Physician contracting, including hospital-based physician contracts, other specialty service agreements, and physician recruitment agreements
