Jessica has expansive experience representing financial institutions, investment funds, participants and agents in various types of financial transactions. Jessica’s experience extends to different types of credit facilities, lease structures, asset-backed financings, lease transactions, franchise financings, construction lending, multifamily housing financing, joint venture structures and tax-exempt financings through bond purchases, to name a few. She also works on an array of specialty-asset financings including accounts receivables and litigation financing structures.
Jessica taught the Business Planning class at Creighton Law School as an adjunct professor.
