As a member of the healthcare litigation practice group in the firm’s Fayetteville office, Zach focuses his practice on the defense of nursing homes, doctors, and hospitals throughout the state, but also has experience in general contract matters, including arbitration agreements and disputes. 

Zach's medical malpractice experience includes representation and defense of nursing homes and their agents or employees involving allegations of breach of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, alleged violation of patients' rights, and wrongful death.
