Mr. Mollner serves as a member of the firm’s public finance and structured finance teams focusing on asset-backed structured financings, synthetic tax-exempt securities, secured lendings, derivatives, municipal securities and general securities and corporate law matters. He has extensive experience representing issuers, lenders, investors, underwriters, credit enhancers, purchasers, liquidity providers, and borrowers in connection with the structuring, issuance, offering, placement, remarketing, purchase and securitization of a variety of secondary market products, including tax-exempt municipal securities, asset back securities, debt restructurings and other complex financial offerings. 

In addition to his experience in the secondary markets, Mr. Mollner has acted as issuer’s, bond, underwriter’s, disclosure and structuring counsel with regards to primary offerings of health care and energy bonds. Mr. Mollner also supports the firm’s health care practice by providing transactional, corporate and regulatory advice.
