As a member of the healthcare litigation practice group in the firm’s Fayetteville office, Tim focuses his practice on the defense of nursing homes, doctors, and hospitals throughout the state.

Tim has over a decade of practice as a prosecuting attorney across multiple jurisdictions, spending the last three and a half years prosecuting crimes against children for the Benton County prosecutor’s office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Since 2013 he has served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves. He deployed with the U.S. Army’s 35th Infantry Division as an operational law judge advocate and trial counsel in 2017. Prior to his time as a prosecuting attorney, Tim worked as a Presidential Management Fellow at the Department of Veterans Affairs and as a compliance and ethics officer for the Veterans Health Administration.
