A seasoned litigator and public servant with more than 15 years of experience, Megan focuses her practice on insurance litigation as part of the firm’s Insurance Litigation group. 

Megan most recently served as City Attorney and Prosecutor for the City of Republic, Missouri, where she provided legal counsel to the mayor and city council, drafted ordinances and contracts, and oversaw major infrastructure and development projects in one of the State’s fastest-growing communities. Prior to that, she served as a senior attorney at a Springfield firm. 

Throughout her career, Megan has represented clients in both state and federal courts across Missouri, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She also has served for over a decade as a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel attorney in the Western District of Missouri, representing indigent defendants in federal criminal matters.
