Insurance
Brooke’s national insurance practice encompasses an extensive range of coverage disputes and issues, including:
- Defending first-party lawsuits alleging breach of contract;
- Litigating declaratory judgment actions regarding the coverage afforded by commercial general liability, professional liability, excess/umbrella and other types of insurance policies;
- Defending allegations of insurance bad faith;
- Providing coverage opinions on first-party and third-party claims for insurance benefits; and
- Defending garnishment actions to recover the proceeds of insurance policies.
Commercial Litigation
Brooke’s commercial litigation practice focuses primarily on the representation of businesses in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and employment-related disputes.
In addition to litigation and arbitration, Brooke counsels clients on a broad array of issues affecting insurance coverage and commercial disputes.
