Megan focuses her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. Her practice spans the full litigation lifecycle in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on rigorous motion practice, strategic briefing, and positioning matters for efficient resolution. In administrative forums, she assists with defending employers against charges filed with the EEOC and state enforcement agencies. In addition, Megan is part of the firm’s College Athletics Industry group.
