Kate currently divides her time between assisting with the development and establishment of special districts and counseling on the day-to-day matters of fully operating special districts throughout the state of Florida. She supports partners with research on a wide variety of legal topics related to local government, representation of issuers in connection with special assessment bonds, special district establishment processes, and contract drafting.
