Jacob Hill is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Public Finance groups. His practice focuses on real estate development, commercial and public finance, and project structuring. He regularly advises developers, lenders and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title and survey matters and financing arrangements for large-scale projects.
By working across both the public finance and real estate practice groups, Jacob provides integrated counsel on projects that require both traditional real estate expertise and complex financing structures. This dual focus allows him to guide clients through transactions that involve commercial lending, property tax abatement bond structures, ensuring alignment between financing strategy, incentive programs, and the underlying real estate assets. Jacob received his B.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, summa cum laude, and his J.D. from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, Jacob served as the Managing Editor of the UA Little Rock Law Review.
