Johnny is an Associate in Kutak Rock’s Banking Group. He concentrates his practice in representing foreign and domestic banks in commercial lending transactions across a range of market sectors including corporate, government, healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit. His client services include representing banks in providing credit enhancement and liquidity support to taxable and tax-exempt debt securities and the direct purchase of such securities. In addition, Johnny routinely serves as counsel to commercial banks and insurance companies as providers of structured investment products such as guaranteed investment contracts, repurchase agreements and forward delivery agreements.
