Will is an associate with the public finance group based in the Omaha, Nebraska office*. He advises state and local issuers on the issuance of debt to fund housing, infrastructure, and other public projects. Will’s practice is focused on assisting housing finance agencies and underwriters with the issuance of single-family mortgage revenue bonds and compliance with relevant federal, state and local securities, tax and other laws. He also represents underwriters, banks, and lenders on various other public finance matters. He has filled the role of bond counsel, issuer's counsel, trustee’s counsel, underwriter's counsel, and disclosure counsel.
