Gregory's practice focuses on transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and renewable energy tax credits, as well as other related state and federal financing products. He primarily represents institutional lenders, banks, syndicators, investment funds, and corporations in connection with equity and tax aspects of lower-tier investments.
