John is an accomplished general counsel and business advisor with a strong background in complex business transactions, capital formation, mergers & acquisitions, executive employment agreements, and mission critical commercial contracts. Prior to 2018, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel for a Fortune 500 telecommunications firm. John has extensive experience with Fortune 500 operations and in private practice representing diverse companies from renewable energy, telecommunications, banking, food industry and retail.

Previously with Kutak Rock from 1998 to 2006, John specialized in corporate and securities law, representing public and private companies in business formation, capital raising and mergers & acquisition transactions, and providing advice on registration, reporting and disclosure requirements under the federal securities laws.
