Elizabeth focuses her practice on commercial and corporate litigation disputes involving real estate matters. She advises and assists clients through all stages of litigation including pre-litigation disputes through trial advocacy and appeals.  Elizabeth applies her extensive experience drafting and researching complex issues to advocate for clients who range from national financial institutions and other large established businesses to local Colorado start-ups and individuals. 

She also supports litigation disputes related to business torts, fiduciary breach claims, breach of contract, landlord/tenant lease issues, title insurance, eminent domain, and intellectual property.
