Amanda advises clients on complex tax, tax credit and transactional matters. Most recently, she served as a tax attorney at a Fortune 10 company, where she negotiated and advised on a broad range of commercial agreements and strategic business transactions. Her career also includes experience with international law firms, providing her with a broad perspective on tax credit incentives and corporate, tax and real estate matters, including renewable energy tax credits, new markets tax credits and historic tax credits.
