Lisa represents real estate investment trusts and other capital providers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and sale-leaseback of commercial real estate. Her work spans due diligence (title and survey, zoning, organizational documents, and risk management), drafting and negotiating real estate and finance documentation, facilitating complex closings and post‑closing servicing, and portfolio management across traditional asset classes in the retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, and multi-family sectors.
Earlier in her career, Lisa represented national and regional lenders in permanent and construction real estate financings and loan workouts, equity investors in low-income housing tax credit transactions, and publicly traded companies, property owners and developers in the acquisition and development of commercial properties. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and New Mexico and is active in her local bar association and leadership within the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section.
