Jasmin comes to Kutak Rock with four years’ experience working within a variety of litigation practices prior to and during law school, including private criminal defense, plaintiff-side workers’ compensation and personal injury, and family law. She also has prior transactional experience with municipal and public school law. Her current practice spans a broad range of civil litigation matters, including copyright infringement, landlord-tenant, insurance regulatory compliance, employment law, property disputes, contractual claims, immigration, and general commercial litigation.
