Amy's litigation experience extends to a variety of matters including insurance coverage, complex commercial litigation and contract disputes, construction defect litigation, employment discrimination, and planned community litigation.

Amy actively represents insurance companies in coverage related litigation and contractors in construction-related disputes and personal injury defense matters. She is also experienced in handling employment discrimination matters and in counseling clients relative to employee discipline and performance management. In addition, Amy has been involved in the national defense of clients on mass tort claims, including asbestos and benzene matters. She works with corporate witnesses and experts from a wide range of disciplines, and charts the course of discovery and trial strategy.

In the course of her practice, Amy has handled many aspects of civil litigation, ranging from pre-litigation counseling, to discovery and dispositive motion practice, to settlement conferences and negotiations, to trial advocacy. She has appeared before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
