Amy actively represents insurance companies in coverage related litigation and insurance defense litigation. She also represents contractors in construction-related disputes and premises liability matters, as well as financial institutions in creditors’ rights. In addition, Amy has been involved in the national defense of clients on mass tort claims, including asbestos and benzene matters. She works with corporate witnesses and experts from a wide range of disciplines and charts the course of discovery and trial strategy.
In the course of her practice, Amy has handled all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through to trial. She has appeared before state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
