McKee, Hare, and Samson: Preparing EB-5 Regional Centers for USCIS Compliance Audits - Be Proactive

In the article the authors explain that a regional center is best served by being proactive in verifying its compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") requirements and securities laws prior to the start of an audit, and that an internal audit conducted by reputable parties may shorten the audit process or possibly eliminate it entirely.
