Kutak Rock partner Sisera Daniel will participate in the National Association of Bond Lawyers’ The Workshop 2026, taking place October 14-16 in Chicago.

Sisera lead a panel discussion on “Multifamily Housing: Cautious Expansion vs. Structural Constraints,” scheduled from 10:15-11:30 a.m. on October 15. The panel will provide an overview of provisions of the Internal Revenue Code relevant to multifamily housing bond practitioners following the new Low-Income Housing Tax Credit “25% test.”

This year marks the 50^th anniversary of The Workshop, NABL’s annual education conference and business meeting for public finance professionals. The 2026 program will feature 30 sessions covering developments in municipal bond, tax, and securities law.

Sisera routinely advises state and local housing finance agencies on single-family and multifamily transaction structures’ compliance with relevant federal, state and local securities, tax and other laws. She also represents state and local issuers and, on occasion, developers, on economic development, industrial development, non-profit and higher education transaction structures.
