Kutak Rock congratulates partner Maggie Ebert who has been named to “Top Women Leaders of 2026” by Women We Admire. This list highlights women assuming substantial leadership responsibilities in organizations around the world.
Maggie is a litigation partner in our Omaha office who focuses on intellectual property, antitrust and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She is also an expert on immigration work for internationally recognized entertainment groups performing in the United States. Maggie has a 100% success rate for obtaining P-1B visas for these groups, who perform at top-rated venues and music and art festivals across the country.
She also has been named to Women We Admire’s Women Changing the Face of Law (2025), Top 50 Women Leaders in Nebraska (2025), and Top 50 Women Leaders in Law (2023-2026). Additionally, Maggie has been included in The Best Lawyers in America®, Litigation – Intellectual Property, 2023-2027; Commercial Litigation, 2025-2027.
Outside of her legal work, Maggie is President of the Catalyst Foundation. The Foundation is a nonprofit that runs the Music House in Omaha, Nebraska—providing a residence and platform for aspiring female musicians.
