Jason Kotlyarov, an attorney at Kutak Rock, will speak at the Annual Employee Benefits Conference, presented by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Jason will present “Fiduciary Responsibility in Your Apprenticeship Programs,” an in-person session for benefits professionals at all experience levels. The program will address key legal and governance considerations for apprenticeship programs, including:
