On Friday, January 23, Kutak Rock tax credit partner Judd Larson will speak at the 2026 Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Conference in San Diego. Judd will participate in a panel discussion titled “CDFI Fund Insights” at 10:00 a.m. (PT). The presentation will discuss possible regulatory changes that the CDFI Fund could enact to improve the Fund’s tax credit in the areas of application, allocation, compliance and more.
