Dwyer Arce Appointed to U.S. District Court Federal Practice Committee

Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Chief Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., has appointed partner Dwyer Arce to the Federal Practice Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, effective January 1, 2026.

The Federal Practice Committee’s mission is the improvement of the administration of justice and the practice of law in Nebraska’s federal court. It plays a vital role in supporting and improving practice in Nebraska’s federal court by advising the judges as requested and planning continuing legal education programs for attorneys appearing before the court.

Dwyer’s appointment reflects his extensive experience and dedication to serving the legal community. This includes award-winning service as a member of the Nebraska Supreme Court Committee on Practice and Procedure, as Chair of the Nebraska State Bar Association Practice and Procedure Committee, and as the president of the Virgin Islands Bar Association. Kutak Rock congratulates Dwyer on this honor and looks forward to his contributions to the Committee’s important work.
