Kutak Rock is pleased to congratulate Dwyer Arce on his election to the Board of Directors of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association, where he will serve in the District of Nebraska seat.

The Eighth Circuit Bar Association is dedicated to improving the administration of justice and fostering professionalism and collegiality among members of the bench and bar throughout the Eighth Circuit. Dwyer’s election reflects his strong reputation, leadership, and commitment to the legal community.

Dwyer focuses his practice on appeals and commercial litigation across the country. His award-winning appellate practice has been recognized year after year by The Best Lawyers in America®, including as a Lawyer of the Year in 2023. In addition to his service on the Eighth Circuit Bar Association, he is also a member of the executive council of the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers, was recently elected to The American Law Institute, and served as the president of the Virgin Islands Bar Association.
