The session will provide practical guidance for attorneys and organizations navigating the complex landscape of data privacy and security.

Drawing on his extensive experience in corporate litigation, intellectual property and data privacy, Todd will lead participants through the breach response lifecycle, including the critical first steps after detecting a breach, key legal and regulatory obligations, and strategies for effective communication. He also will share insights on minimizing liability while protecting both reputation and operations.

This program is designed for attorneys, in-house counsel, compliance officers, IT professionals and others seeking to strengthen their understanding of breach response. Todd’s practice focuses on data security and privacy issues for clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services and technology. He heads up the firm’s data breach response team and regularly handles breach analysis and response matters for clients of all sizes involving state notification statutes and federal regulations.
