Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that attorney Larkin Reynolds has joined the firm’s Denver office effective September 29, 2025. Larkin brings extensive experience counseling technology leaders, emerging companies and investors on complex matters at the intersection of technology, privacy and entrepreneurship.

Earlier in her career, Larkin practiced at an international firm where she handled national security and cybersecurity matters, global regulatory inquiries, and complex investigations. She has also served as associate counsel at Visa Inc. and completed a fellowship at the Brookings Institution and the Lawfare Institute, focusing on national security law.

Larkin earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from New York University. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, and Washington, D.C. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).

Active in the Denver and Front Range startup community, Larkin is a frequent speaker on issues impacting technology businesses and maintains a robust pro bono practice.
