Kutak Rock is pleased to welcome Natalie Foti as of counsel in the firm’s Commercial Trial Practice Group effective October 29. Based in the firm’s Irvine office, Natalie focuses her practice on commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on business litigation and real estate litigation.

Before joining Kutak Rock, Natalie practiced at a boutique Irvine law firm where she represented individuals and businesses in complex disputes involving business torts, unfair business practices, breach of contract, negligence and fraud. She also has extensive experience advising and assisting institutional lenders in matters related to loan restructuring, foreclosures and creditors’ rights. At Kutak Rock, she will be able to combine her expertise with the firm’s national platform to build and add depth to the firm’s already significant experience in these fields.

Natalie is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. Natalie earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.S. from Pepperdine University. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association.
