Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Andrew (“Andy”) Turk has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as a transition partner in the Scottsdale office.

Andy brings more than 30 years of litigation experience representing businesses and business owners in complex commercial disputes, including contract matters, trade secrets, unfair competition and other business torts. He also represents physicians and other professionals in malpractice and licensing matters.

Since 2000 Andy has also served as a neutral, presiding over dozens of trials and arbitrations, scores of hearings, and more than a hundred settlement conferences and mediations. He provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in a wide range of matters, helping parties resolve disputes involving torts, professional malpractice and business “divorces.”

Andy earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University and his J.D. from the University of Washington. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and Washington, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
