Kutak Rock Named to U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” List

Kutak Rock has been named one of the best law firms to work for in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 list of “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms.” This recognition highlights the firm’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, challenging, empowering, and high-performing workplace for its attorneys and staff.

Founded 60 years ago, Kutak Rock has grown into a nationally recognized law firm with more than 550 attorneys across 19 offices throughout the United States. The firm’s dedication to excellence across a wide range of business and corporate law specialties, public finance, litigation, and real estate has earned it a strong reputation among clients ranging from government entities to Fortune 500 corporations.

To calculate the U.S. News “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” list, U.S. News partnered with Leopard Solutions and Revelio Labs, which gathered relevant data, including employee sentiment and legal market research, to calculate the six metrics used for the list.
