Alex Jones to Present at 2025 ArkBar Annual Meeting on Emerging Legal Issues in Cryptocurrency

Kutak Rock attorney Alex Jones will be a featured speaker at the Arkansas Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place June 11–13 at the Oaklawn Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Alex is scheduled to speak on Thursday, June 12, during the session titled “Crash Course on Crypto: Trends from Capitol Hill to the Courtroom.”

This session will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of cryptocurrency law, including current legislative developments in Washington, D.C., and how those trends are shaping litigation and regulatory action at the state level. Drawing from his corporate work in the crypto space and involvement in several high-profile lawsuits in Arkansas, Alex will offer practical insights into how these issues are unfolding in real time.
