Kutak Rock partners Gigi O'Hara and Jason Stitt authored an article titled “FLSA Interpretation Patterns Emerge 1 Year After Loper Bright,” for Law360. Raimondo, Gigi and Jason examine the Court's decision to reject the Chevron doctrine, its impact on FLSA, and how lower courts are interpreting the Fair Labor Standards Act through the U.S. Department of Labor's regulations.
